Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Event Registration Cancellations

If you have registered for any of our events and need to cancel your registration:

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund available
• 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund available
• Less than 3 days before the event: No refund available

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our contact form or by calling our office.

2. Membership Cancellations

Membership fees and donations are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances:

• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Medical emergencies or relocation may qualify for partial refunds
• All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment

3. Event Cancellation by Organization

If we need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances:

• Full refund will be provided to all registered participants
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be offered when possible

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us through our contact form or phone
2. Provide your registration details and reason for cancellation
3. Include any supporting documentation if applicable
4. Allow 7-10 business days for processing

5. Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

• Credit/Debit card refunds: 5-7 business days
• Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days
• Cash payments: Available for pickup or bank transfer

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Donations and charitable contributions
• Processing fees and transaction charges
• Services already rendered
• Customized or personalized items

7. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with participants to provide:

• Alternative dates or virtual participation options
• Credit towards future events
• Refunds when no alternatives are possible
